AI Sathi answers how-to questions from these guides, takes you to the right screen, and reads your own orders, earnings, receipts or sessions to tell you where things stand. • It never places orders, pays or changes anything — it takes you to the screen that does. • It never shows anyone else's information. • Talk to a person opens a support request with the conversation attached. • Each message is deleted 30 days after it was sent. What you type is never kept in the audit log — only which order or screen was looked up, for security. • A conversation you hand to a person stays with that support request.
