1. Open the delivered order under Account › Orders. 2. Tap Request a return and choose the items and the reason. 3. Add a photo if the item is damaged or not what you ordered. 4. Once the return is inspected and accepted, the money goes back the way you paid. The order shows its progress.

१. खाता › अर्डरमा डेलिभर भएको अर्डर खोल्नुहोस्। २. 'फिर्ता अनुरोध' थिच्नुहोस्, सामान र कारण छान्नुहोस्। ३. बिग्रिएको वा फरक सामान भए फोटो राख्नुहोस्। ४. अनुरोध जाँचपछि फिर्ता स्वीकृत भए पैसा तपाईंले तिरेको तरिकाबाटै फिर्ता हुन्छ। अवस्था अर्डरमै देखिन्छ।
