Tracking an order and its parcel

Go to Account › Orders and open the order. • Status: confirmed → processing → packed → dispatched → delivered. • Once dispatched you see the parcel's journey (where it was and when), the carrier and the expected date. • If nothing changes for three days, tap Get help on the order itself.

खाता › अर्डरमा जानुहोस् र अर्डर खोल्नुहोस्। • अवस्था: पुष्टि → तयारी → प्याक → पठाइयो → डेलिभर। • पठाइएपछि पार्सलको यात्रा (कहिले कहाँ पुग्यो), ढुवानी कम्पनी र अनुमानित मिति देखिन्छ। • तीन दिनभन्दा बढी अवस्था नबदलिए अर्डरबाटै 'सहयोग' थिच्नुहोस्।
